Duties & Responsibilities:
• Encoding Sales & Expenses
• Encoding Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Encoding BIR receipts to looseleaf books
• Coordinating with clients
• Various ad-hoc/admin tasks as required

Required Qualifications:
• At least K-12 graduate
• Must be 20 years old and above
• With at least six (6) months of related work experience
• Computer literate
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Confident in using office machinery like printers, scanners, photocopier etc.
• Keen to details
• Can work flexible hours
• With strong written and verbal communication skills

We are seeking an experienced Associate Member to work within our team. We value attitude over experience and you will be provided with full ongoing training and mentoring. Duties and Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing assistance within the following areas of our business:

• Preparing multiple accounts reconciliations daily
• Preparing weekly cash flow report
• Generating weekly accounts payable report
• Liaising with other departments regarding reconciliation discrepancies
• Data entry of local and overseas payable bills in a timely manner
• Understanding foreign currency exchange and keeping our system updated weekly
• Maintaining an up-to-date e-filing system
• Assisting Payroll manager with daily staff time sheet
• Preparation of weekly and monthly Accounts reporting as required
• Various ad-hoc / admin tasks as required

Required Qualifications:

• Tertiary degree or above in Accounting/Financial Management
• 1 year + Accounting / bookkeeping experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Office products
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work to strict deadlines
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Fanatically organised
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Motivated, friendly and enthusiastic
